The company delivers end-to-end services including photovoltaic asset management and comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for solar and wind energy projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Lead – O&M Business, based in RS Puram, Coimbatore.The role is focused on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding the O&M service portfolio across solar, wind, and power sectors. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing business deals. Additionally, the role involves market research, tracking industry trends, and collaborating with internal technical and O&M teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel will be required for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Development within Solar / Wind / Power / Renewable Energy sector

• Proven ability to generate leads and achieve revenue targets

• Good understanding of O&M services and project lifecycle

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Experience in CRM tools and business development platforms is an added advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
