Business Development & Strategy Lead Deckster
We're looking for someone who can do more than just sell.
At Deckster, we work with brands to execute high-impact influencer marketing campaigns. But we don't want to be another execution agency we want to win because we think better.
This role is for someone who can:
- Understand a brand's problem
- Build a sharp influencer strategy
- Turn that into a compelling pitch
- And close the deal
If you need a creative team to think for you, this is not the role.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach pitch closure
- Build strategy decks for brands across categories (FMCG, Web3, D2C, etc.)
- Identify opportunities where brands are under-leveraging creators
- Lead client conversations and present Deckster's thinking
- Work closely with founders on key accounts and growth strategy
What we're looking for
- 47 years of experience in:
- Influencer marketing agency / digital agency / brand partnerships
- You've closed deals (520L+ range preferred)
- You can independently create a strategy deck (not just design slides)
- Strong understanding of creators, content formats, and platform trends
- Comfortable speaking directly with brand managers / marketing heads
This role is NOT for you if
- You rely on others to build strategy
- You've only done coordination or account management
- You're uncomfortable selling ideas
