Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Development to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and team leadership in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT staffing, proven expertise in lead generation, client hunting, and deal closure, and the ability to manage and mentor a business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Development team for US staffing accounts
- Drive new client acquisition through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and networking
- Identify and generate high-quality leads in the US market
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, requirement discussion, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners
- Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to leadership
- Stay updated with US staffing trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in US IT Staffing
- Strong exposure to Contract, C2C, and Full-Time staffing models
- Proven ability in lead generation and closing US staffing deals
- Experience in handling direct clients, MSPs, and vendors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Prior experience in team handling and mentoring
- Strong understanding of rate negotiation, SLAs, and staffing processes
