Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL) is seeking a Business Development Lead - West to identify, develop, and nurture new opportunities within Strategic Business initiatives, specifically focusing on Engineering Services, Material Procurement, and Automation. Reporting to the Head West Residential Business, this multifaceted role involves driving new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Business Development and Strategy
- Identify, develop, and nurture new opportunities through research, intelligence gathering, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Work closely with the Head West to plan methodologies and pitches.
- Utilize knowledge of market conditions and competitors to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Develop new solutions to increase business wins.
Service Delivery
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients in the West region.
- Responsible for Client Management of various AMC contracts, R&M jobs, and other assigned works.
- Oversee Vendor Management to execute awarded jobs with agreed SLAs and Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Drive new business/solution development for clients.
- Achieve targets set by management.
- Maintain 100% documentation including billing, bill collection, vendor payment, client presentations, and other related documents.
- Facilitate site visits, explain pricing, conduct negotiations, and provide documentation support & closure for Strategic Business opportunities at PAM managed sites and external sites.
- Prepare baseline presentations, commercial proposals, and other presentations as required.
- Fulfill any other requirements as requested by management.
Desired Education and Experience
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience
- Six years of experience in handling electromechanical equipment at site, with some exposure to Business Development.
- A working knowledge of Facility (or) Property Management of any asset class is also very helpful.
Other Requirements
- Good Communication and Organizational Skills.
- Multi-Tasking ability.
- Knowledge of Planning tools like MS Project, and ERP tools will be an advantage.
