What you'll do:
- Build and manage a strong network of Channel Partners across Gujarat.
- Identify New Partners and Growth Opportunities.
- Act as the main link between Cavitak, OEMs, and Channel Partners for smooth communication and execution.
- Support Pre-Sales Activities by understanding customer needs, aligning solutions, and coordinating with internal pre-sales teams.
- Drive Partner Engagement and Performance through regular reviews, training, and joint business planning.
- Help partners position the right products and solutions and support them through the sales process to close deals faster.
- Track the sales pipeline and forecasts to ensure steady deal movement and closures.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Good understanding of AV systems: displays, projectors, LED walls, VC solutions, audio systems, DSPs, controllers, and switchers.
- Knowledge of AV networking basics, signal flow, and system integration.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Audio Visual solutions, pre-sales, or Business Development.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
