Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in IT hiring and outsourcing industry. The role involves generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients for IT recruitment and staffing services, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for IT recruitment, contract staffing, and outsourcing services.
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and regular reporting.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT staffing, RPO, or outsourcing sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of the IT hiring market and recruitment process.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Preferred
- Prior experience in IT recruitment agency or staffing company.
- Existing client network in IT hiring will be an added advantage.
