Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (Inside) or Business Development Executive/Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This position focuses on domestic and international IT services, requiring strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through multiple channels (social media, networking events, industry research).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to account managementas an individual contributor.
  • Attend trade shows and contribute to lead generation initiatives.
  • Sell IT services including AWS/Azure, Helpdesk Services, Windows/Linux Services, and Cybersecurity Solutions.
  • Leverage experience in Global Capability Centers (GCC) for business expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and/or lead generation experience in IT Infrastructure Services.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services sales, including cloud and security solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in email correspondence.
  • Experience in international sales and demand generation.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process independently.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn and Zoho CRM for business development.
