Duration: 3 Months

Location: Remote

Stipend: Unpaid (Performance-based incentives)

Note: This is an unpaid internship. You can earn performance based compensation. The more conversions you bring, the higher the payoutno upper limit.

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Intern who can actively contribute to lead generation, outreach, and conversions.

This is a pure execution role you will be expected to reach out to prospects, build pipelines, and drive real business outcomes, not just assist or observe.

Key Responsibilites

Conduct initial conversations and follow-ups with prospects

Support the sales process from follow-up to conversion

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates

Maintain basic records of leads and interactions (CRM/trackers)

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in delivering and participating in Training sessions for improved sales techniques
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and techniques
  • Prior exposure to sales or marketing through education, internships, or projects (preferred)
  • People from commerce background will be considered
  • Should be fluent in hindi and english (preferred)
