About the Role

We are looking for goal-oriented Business Development Trainees who are eager to build a strong foundation in sales, tele-counselling, and business development within the education sector.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in lead generation, student enrolment processes, and customer relationship management. As a trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving admissions by engaging with prospective students and parents through structured follow-ups and organized tele-calling activities.

Key Responsibilities

Contact parents and students to share detailed information about our online and offline tuition programs

Clearly communicate course details, schedules, fee structures, and key benefits

Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-ups and effective persuasion

Assist parents and students throughout the admission journey

Maintain and update accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities using MS Office and Google Sheets

Support business development campaigns and outreach initiatives

Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective students and parents

Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Strong communication skills in Malayalam (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)

Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
