About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our Bangalore office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company where your efforts will directly contribute to our expansion and your professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and outreach
  • Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients
  • Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM tools regularly
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of client requirements
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets and report performance metrics to the BD Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven
  • Basic understanding of sales strategies and lead generation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Prior internship or experience in sales/BD is a plus, but not mandatory

Internship Details

  • Location: Bangalore (On-site)
  • Position: Business Development Intern
  • Joining: Immediate
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Stipend: 15,000 fixed + up to 10,000 performance-based incentives
