About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Lead to drive outreach and partnerships with universities, student clubs, and young professionals in Hyderabad, Telangana, India . This role is ideal for students who enjoy networking, communication, and taking ownership of projects while building real business experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities focused on Hyderabad, Telangana, India , based universities and student communities.
- Identify potential partners: colleges, societies, placement cells, training & placement officers, and student clubs.
- Reach out via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online meetings to introduce our services and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate small campaigns on campus (online sessions, webinars, info sessions, referral drives) to generate leads and visibility.
- Manage a small team of student ambassadors or interns, assigning tasks and tracking their weekly outreach.
- Maintain a simple pipeline/tracker of leads, meetings, and follow-ups, and share concise weekly reports.
- Collect feedback from students and partners to help refine offerings and messaging for the Delhi market.
Skills & Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable approaching new people and presenting ideas.
- Organised, reliable, and able to balance internship tasks with academic commitments.
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and professional use of WhatsApp/LinkedIn.
- Leadership mindset: experience in student clubs, fest committees, or societies is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and interested in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship.
Stipend / Salary
- This is primarily a performance-based role suitable for students.
- A base stipend (if any) and/or performance incentives (for example, per successful partnership or lead converted) can be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience and availability.
