Job Description

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week Field & Meetings)

Location: City-based preferred

Type: Internship / Full-time (based on performance)

Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to onboard and build relationships with brokers, PG owners, landlords, and real estate professionals. The role involves calling, scheduling meetings, and on-ground visits, while offering flexibility through a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to brokers, PG owners, and real estate agents
  • Pitch partnership opportunities and explain the value proposition
  • Schedule calls and in-person meetings (3 days/week)
  • Visit PGs, properties, and broker offices
  • Maintain call logs, meeting summaries, and follow-ups
  • Build and manage a partner pipeline
  • Support onboarding and coordination with internal teams
Requirements
  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
  • Willing to work on-ground 3 days a week
  • Interest in real estate, PGs, or rental ecosystem is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
