About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to onboard and build relationships with brokers, PG owners, landlords, and real estate professionals. The role involves calling, scheduling meetings, and on-ground visits, while offering flexibility through a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to brokers, PG owners, and real estate agents
- Pitch partnership opportunities and explain the value proposition
- Schedule calls and in-person meetings (3 days/week)
- Visit PGs, properties, and broker offices
- Maintain call logs, meeting summaries, and follow-ups
- Build and manage a partner pipeline
- Support onboarding and coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
- Willing to work on-ground 3 days a week
- Interest in real estate, PGs, or rental ecosystem is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
