Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counseling Intern based in Noida. The Counseling Intern will support the provision of counseling services, engage with clients to provide assistance, conduct assessments, prepare case documentation, and follow ethical and professional guidelines. The role will also involve facilitating group discussions, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in supervision sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication, active listening, and empathy
- Skill in conducting mental health assessments and providing client support
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles
- Understanding of counseling theories, methods, and techniques
- Organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and documentation
- Proficiency in group facilitation and collaboration within a team
- Openness to professional supervision and engagement in continuous learning
- Relevant educational background in psychology, counseling, or mental health studies
