Business Development Intern – US IT Recruitment & Business Development

We are currently seeking a Business Development Intern to support our US IT recruitment and business development functions.

This is a remote internship working in the USA EST shift.

Internship Details:

Duration: 3 months

Shift: USA EST shift

Stipend: 5,000 10,000 per month

Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Support US IT recruitment operations

Assist in business development and lead generation

Communicate with candidates and clients

Update recruitment databases and trackers

Coordinate with internal teams

Participate in team meetings and follow-ups

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Willingness to work in USA EST shift

Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Fresher or early career preferred
