Role Description:
Were looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Intern to support our B2B and placement team by identifying potential hiring partners and key decision-makers across industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research and business outreach while working in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads for Newton Schools hiring partnerships.
- Research job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri, and others.
- Identify and verify the right Point of Contact (POC) (e.g., HRs, Hiring Managers, Founders, etc.) for the shortlisted leads.
- Maintain and organize data in Excel/Sheets with clarity and consistency.
- Support the placement and sales team with lead-related insights and updates.
- Ensure quality and relevance of leads based on defined criteria.
Requirements:
- Basic to medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with job platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri, etc.).
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
