Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Intern, based in Bengaluru, with flexible options for remote work. The intern will be tasked with conducting market research, identifying and generating leads, and developing insights to drive business growth. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting communication efforts to enhance client engagement.
Qualifications and Role Details
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Effective Communication Skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
Experience in Lead Generation, Warm Lead Handling, and Market Research techniques, including identifying prospects and analyzing market trends.
Proficiency in Customer Service to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
Self-motivated and Proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset and the drive to meet or exceed goals.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: Fixed stipend plus performance-based incentives, depending on profile and experience.
