Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern to join our team in Bengaluru (Kalyan Nagar). This is a full-time, on-site internship offering hands-on exposure to B2B & B2C sales, market research, lead generation, and growth strategy.

This role is ideal for MBA students or fresh graduates who want real-world experience in business growth and sales execution.

What Will You Work On:

• Support B2B sales outreach, partnerships, and follow-ups
• Assist with B2C sales conversions and customer engagement
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Generate and manage leads, sales follow-ups, and coordination
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and basic business reports
• Maintain and update CRM systems / lead tracking sheets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives

Who Should Apply:

• MBA (completed or final semester) — mandatory
• Prior exposure to Business Development / Sales (B2B or B2C)
• Comfortable with sales conversations, follow-ups, and coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Available full-time for 6 months
• Immediate joiners preferred (within 1 week of selection)
• Willing to work on-site at Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
