About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how an ad agency acquires clients, builds relationships, and scales its business.
You'll work closely with the founders and business team, gaining real-world experience in client acquisition, market research, and proposal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
- Assist in lead generation through online platforms, databases, and social media
- Support outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams for client requirements
- Maintain lead trackers, CRM sheets, and business reports
- Support ongoing client communication and relationship management
Who Can Apply
- Students or recent graduates pursuing BBA, MBA, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in business development, sales, or agency operations
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or advertising (good to have)
