Role Overview:

As aBusiness Development Intern, you will work closely with the sales and partnerships team to expand MantraCare's reach among corporate clients. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and sales strategy in the fast-growing wellness and EAP industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential corporate clients, HR leaders, and wellness partners.
  • Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
  • Support in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research on trends in corporate wellness and EAP sectors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for client onboarding.
  • Support sales presentations, follow-ups, and relationship management with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing (Final Year) or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Interest in HR Tech, Wellness, or Mental Health sectors.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
