Role Description

This is a full-time Internship, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida, UP. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts effectively. Key responsibilities include market research, outreach efforts, creating partnership strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and business management practices.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with entrepreneurs and business owners via calls, WhatsApp, and email

2. Guide and convert leads into participants for Export Training & Dubai Business Delegation

3. Manage and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups and closures

4. Work towards weekly sales targets and earn performance incentives

5. Coordinate and onboard participants for training sessions

6. Build relationships and collect feedback, reviews, and success stories

7. Be part of a fast-growing international business platform and contribute to its growth

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Additional information

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: 5,000 - 7,000 /month

Incentive pay: 5,000 - 10,000 /month

Job offer:

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of 400000 to 800000/year
