Position: Business Development Intern
Location: In-office (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Duration: 6 Months

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a keen interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Support outreach efforts through emails, calls, and LinkedIn communication.
- Assist in generating leads and maintaining the lead database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and support end-to-end business development activities.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and masterclasses by liaising with speakers, partners, and attendees.
- Help create marketing content, email campaigns, and promotional materials when required.
- Maintain CRM records and update progress reports regularly.
- Support senior team members in negotiations, planning, and project execution.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Good analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
