Key Responsibilities:
- Client Research & Data Gathering:
- Identify and compile potential client databases across relevant markets.
- Research client needs, preferences, and decision-making processes.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels.
- Utilize LinkedIn, industry forums, and other platforms for outreach.
- Client Communication & Follow-Up:
- Coordinate initial meetings and manage follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
- New Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand services.
- Develop strategies to approach and convert prospects into clients.
- Client Retention & Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent client service and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Negotiations & Closing:
- Assist in negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Work towards closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
