Key Responsibilities
Connect with students and professionals via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
Understand learner requirements and explain suitable courses and programs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Assist in counselling students regarding course structure, benefits, and career outcomes.
Maintain lead data and interaction records accurately.
Support the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn sales, counselling, and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets is an advantage.
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
