About the Role:We are seeking a proactiveBusiness Development Internto support ourB2B and B2Csales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to lead generation, client acquisition, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns across multiple business segments.
Key Responsibilities:B2B Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and databases
- Assist in corporate client onboarding and proposal preparation
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support sales pipeline management and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements
B2C Responsibilities:
- Assist in customer acquisition campaigns (digital & offline)
- Support lead handling from website, ads, and social media
- Follow up with individual customers and resolve basic queries
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns
Common Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales reports, pitch decks, and MIS
- Support marketing campaigns and brand-building activities
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups
Required Skills:- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles
- Comfortable with cold calling, emails, and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-motivated with a learning mindset
Good to Have:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email tools
