RoadVision AI is building Autonomous Road Engineers—AI-powered agents that automate road surveys, safety audits, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring. Our platform combines computer vision, geospatial intelligence, and large language models to help governments and enterprises manage road networks more efficiently.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern who enjoys talking to people, finding opportunities, and generating qualified sales conversations.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain prospect databases across government agencies, infrastructure companies, consultants, contractors, and enterprises.
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings for the leadership team.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outbound campaigns.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain engagement pipelines.
- Track outreach activities, conversations, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Research tenders, industry developments, and potential business opportunities.
- Support preparation of sales materials, proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Work closely with founders to execute growth and go-to-market initiatives.
- Continuously experiment with AI tools and automation techniques to improve prospecting efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong internet research and lead generation capabilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Interest in technology, AI, infrastructure, SaaS, or B2B sales.
- MBA, BBA, Marketing, Engineering, or any related discipline. More important than degree is attitude and execution ability.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled with decision-makers.
- Outreach activity levels and response rates.
- Contribution to sales pipeline creation and revenue opportunities.
