Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and sales operations within a technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads across target industries
- Conduct market, competitor, and prospect research to support sales strategy
- Support outreach activities via email, phone calls, and professional social platforms
- Maintain and regularly update customer and lead information in CRM systems
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and basic commercial documentation
- Assist with customer follow-ups and ongoing relationship management
- Track sales activities, pipelines, and key performance metrics
- Attend sales meetings, internal reviews, and training sessions to understand the sales process end-to-end
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, or Engineering
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with basic research, data handling, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- Willingness to learn CRM tools and structured sales processes

- Interest in technology, energy, EVs, or industrial solutions
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or B2B sales concepts
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
