Job Description

Location:Delhi NCR (Field + Phone + Office)

Duration:36 months

Stipend:Fixed + performance incentives

Conversion:High performers will be offered a full-time role

What This Role Really Is

This is not a sit-and-observe internship.

You'll be on thefront line calling, pitching, walking into offices, and setting up meetings. If rejection scares you, this role is not for you.

What You'll Do
  • Cold call corporates, hotels, wedding planners, event companies
  • Walk into offices and pitch Rathh confidently
  • Generate meetings for senior leadership
  • Build and maintain a pipeline (who you spoke to, what happened, next steps)
  • Follow up relentlessly until you get a yes or a clear no
  • Represent Rathh with confidence, polish, and presence

Who You Are
  • Street-smart, confident, and hungry to prove yourself
  • Comfortable speaking to strangers and senior decision-makers
  • Can take rejection without losing energy
  • Learns fast, executes faster
  • Speaks good English & Hindi (bonus if you can switch tones naturally)
  • No fancy degree needed attitude matters more
