Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven BDR Intern to help generate qualified leads and schedule product demos with hiring teams, founders, and recruiters across US, UK, and EU markets.
This is a great role for someone who wants to grow in SaaS Sales, B2B Outreach, and International Business Development.
Key Responsibilities- Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to identify hiring companies and decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Founders).
- Craft outreach messages and run cold email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and pitch product benefits.
- Book demo meetings for the founder/sales lead.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM daily.
- Create simple marketing creatives using Canva for outreach and campaigns.
Required Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn networking & email outreach.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
- Bonus: Prior experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation (not mandatory).
