Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students via calls and follow-ups
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Counsel students regarding courses and enrollment process
Maintain daily follow-up and lead tracking reports
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
Confident and persuasive personality
Target-driven mindset
Basic Excel knowledge for tracking and reporting
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
Candidates currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation may also apply
