PipeLoom is a sales and go-to-market (GTM) partner that collaborates with SaaS and startup teams to create sustainable and repeatable sales processes. From defining an ideal customer profile (ICP) to executing outreach and closing deals, PipeLoom supports end-to-end sales motions. Operating as an extension of the businesses we partner with, we work closely with founders and early-stage teams to establish strong GTM foundations and drive measurable pipeline growth. Our ultimate goal is to assist clients in achieving tangible results, not just strategies.

Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Business Development Intern, based in Gurugram with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The intern will assist with lead generation, market research, and sales outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, analyzing market opportunities, communicating with prospective leads, and supporting the team in developing customer acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and research skills for tasks like market research and data analysis
  • Effective communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and the ability to identify potential business opportunities
  • Basic knowledge or experience in customer service to assist in client interactions
  • Self-motivated with organizational skills to manage tasks in a hybrid work environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Any experience in sales, startups, or SaaS environments is a plus
