Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for our education consulting services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, lead conversion, sales acumen, and a deep interest in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls from the leads provided and attend inbound calls.

Conduct follow-ups with interested leads and ensure high conversion rates for education consulting services (admissions, counselling, exam guidance, overseas/India studies).

Client communication, basic counselling about colleges, eligibility, and admission processes.

Keep accurate records of leads, follow-up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, and ensure timely conversions.

Analyze student preferences and guide them accordingly, Stay updated with counselling guidelines, eligibility criteria, and admission notifications.

Create and organize the data required for counselling & Coordinate with the counselling, marketing, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.

Ensure ethical counselling practices with transparent and accurate guidance & handle student queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, & related field preferred or any graduate.

02 years of experience in tele-calling, business development, sales, or education consulting (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheets.

Who should apply Or Preferred Skills:

Candidates passionate about education, or Experience in student counselling or admission consulting.

Knowledge of competitive exams in India, etc., Indian/overseas education systems.

Individuals who enjoy tele calling, counselling, and closing leads

Freshers candidates with strong communication skills (regional languages are a plus) and interest in education can also apply.
