Job Description

  • Defining the digital campaign objectives and enable effective reporting, target audiences, segment leads, and create marketing campaigns for website content, email templates, landing pages, banners, social media posts, etc. and execute the campaigns
  • Driving the website, digital campaign design, production, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across multiple channels like SEO, SEM, Social Media, Programmatic, Retargeting, Email, Content Syndication Partners, etc.
  • Utilizing the marketing content from Global to support marketing plans.
  • Managing and developing websites, blogs, and social channels to help in the lead generation.
  • Generate leads for sales channels using digital channels.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of digital campaign results to help refine campaign performance and keep stakeholders aware of campaign status and performance.
  • Good Experience in executing the campaigns from Scratch & an executor with thought leadership
  • Identify optimize the best performance marketing channels and platforms to drive ROI
  • Developing specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Oversee of organization social media accounts like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Strong knowledge of SEM tools, Keyword Planners, Web Analytics
  • Motivate and Managing digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Handling end to end activities in Social Media, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Email Campaigns
  • Paid ad campaigns Management including Google Adwords, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads.
  • SEO On-page/Mobile & Technical SEO along with insights
  • Social Media Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting
  • Managing HubSpot CRM software
  • Complete Website Management to increase the Lead Generation
  • Identify emerging technologies to improve the website performance, drive efficiency and quality traffic, and converting them to lead
  • Develop and evolve creative assets and landing pages
  • Deliver on defined leads targets against associated KPIs

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of TECHTAMMINA s marketing and communication strategies.
  • Responsible for leading and delivering strategic and tactical marketing projects across multiple marketing communication channels including inbound, outbound, e-mail, and installed base.
  • Work in close collaboration with including but not limited to the Sales team. Responsible for planning, leading, implementing, and analyzing results of programs designed to generate leads, and support sales opportunity and revenue objectives across India.
  • Meeting business goals through marketing programs to identify, anticipate and satisfy customer requirement and profitability.
  • Strategize, plan, execute and monitor a detailed marketing plan for defining timelines, resources and results qualitative and quantitative. Identify the customers needs (through market research) with regard to the IT/ Insurance industry and obtain the reaction of the market and plan promotional/lead generation activities for TECHTAMMINA.
