Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new employers, recruitment agencies, and HR partners to post jobs on the Jobs Capital platform.
  • Pitch Jobs Capital's job posting and branding solutions to potential clients.
  • Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
  • Collect market feedback and share insights for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for employers.
  • Track business metrics, sales activities, and conversion reports.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS-based platforms.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
