Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2C Sales Intern – EV Courses to promote and sell EV training programs to students, working professionals, and career aspirants. The ideal candidate should have strong B2C sales skills, EV industry awareness, and a technical or engineering background.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell EV courses and training programs to individual customers (B2C).
- Counsel prospective students and professionals on course offerings, career opportunities, and EV industry prospects.
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV learning solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams to improve outreach and conversions.
- Stay updated on EV technology trends, course offerings, and market demand.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- EV industry knowledge or prior exposure to Electric Vehicles, batteries, motors, BMS, power electronics, etc., is a strong advantage.
- Technical background (BTech/Diploma in Engineering, EV, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Passion for EV technology, sustainability, and future mobility.
