Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Academic Advisor (Freshers welcome). The Academic Advisor will assist students in identifying and achieving their academic and career goals. Responsibilities include guiding students through course selection, providing career counseling, addressing concerns, and supporting educational decision-making processes. Advisors will also serve as a resource for students to access relevant tools and information to ensure their success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to understand and address the goals, challenges, and aspirations of students.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and provide guidance in a clear and supportive manner.
• Understanding of Academic Advising and Education processes to assist students in creating and navigating academic and career plans.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of students and utilize problem-solving skills to address unique needs.
• Interest or experience in educational services or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
