Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Room/Hotel Booking Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the booking process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with our homestay partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and homestay partners.
Provide detailed information about our homestay options, highlighting features and benefits to potential customers.
Resolve booking issues and handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in hotel or travel bookings, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using booking software and MS Office applications.
A customer-centric approach with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficient in Bengali, Hindi & English.
