Key Skills & Competencies
- B2B sales with a consistent record of achieving/exceeding targets
- Comfortable with outbound calls and product demonstrations
- Knowledge in the HRMS/payroll domain is a plus
- Strong understanding of software product sales
- Proven ability to initiate high-level contacts and deliver impactful presentations
- Capable of lead generation and building business in a wide-open market
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- A self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
