We're looking for a dynamic and driven BD Intern to support our business growth and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Research: - Identify potential clients across industries through online research, directories, and referrals.
- Client Outreach: - Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
- Client Meetings & Visits: - Accompany senior BD executives or independently visit clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant agency services (branding, digital marketing, social media management, packaging design, outdoor ads, etc.).
- Sales Support: - Assist in creating customized pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Market Mapping: - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities in the advertising and digital marketing space.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a management degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and field visits.
- Basic understanding of branding, advertising, or marketing trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player with a learning mindset.
