As an integral part of our Sales team, the Business Development Trainee will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities/we are looking for someone who can:
- Market study and feasibility analysis for new markets in respective allotted regions / countries.
- Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers.
- Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools as well as social channels (eg: LinkedIn, Apollo, etc).
- Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers based on the qualification framework.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos including the introduction of leads to their new point of contact.
- Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements and skills/you have/are:
- Masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
