Role: Business Development Associate (Full-time Internship)

This is aremote, full-time internshipwith a strong potential to convert into a long-term role for high-performing candidates.

We are looking for askilled Business Development professionalwho can go beyond lead generation and trulyown the prospecting journey from outreach to closing demos.

Responsibilities

  • Driveemail marketing campaignswith high inbox placement, open rates, and click-throughs.
  • Generate leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Nurture leadsand convert them into demo opportunities for the sales team.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate CargoPros value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven communication skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • Strong understanding ofemail marketing, outreach tools, and inbox deliverability best practices.
  • Pursuing/completed B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or related degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales, tech, or logistics
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Available to work Monday to Friday during office hours

Internship Details
