We are looking for dynamic professionals who are planning to restart their careers and have prior experience in business development, client management, or corporate engagement. This internship is designed for individuals who bring strong professional maturity, stakeholder management skills, and a willingness to re-enter the workforce with confidence.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify, engage, and onboard potential corporate clients.
2. Support end-to-end business development activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
3. Coordinate with top management, senior stakeholders, and corporate teams for partnership discussions.
4. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and relevant industry trends.
6. Maintain CRM/BD trackers and ensure timely updates on all client interactions.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support BD initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Professionals restarting their career after a break (career returnees preferred).
2. Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in business development, corporate client handling, account management, or related marketing roles.
3. Candidates from marketing, sales, consulting, or any relevant business domain are encouraged to apply.
4. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
5. Ability to handle corporate conversations and senior-level interactions with maturity and confidence.
6. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
7. Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
Duration: 3months, full-time offer based on performance during internship
Stipend: 10,000 per month
