CADFEM is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting end-to-end program promotion, participant enrolment, and stakeholder coordination activities at a designated academic/innovation campus. The role focuses on driving program visibility, managing enrolment operations, engaging with participants and industry partners, and providing data-driven insights to support program governance and decision-making.

The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting end-to-end program promotion, participant enrolment, and stakeholder coordination activities at a designated academic/innovation campus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete participant enrollment lifecycle, including lead generation, counseling interactions, follow-ups, documentation management, and final onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment data such as enquiry logs, registration dashboards, weekly progress updates, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with SPOC's to define and launch training programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants during pre-cohort and post-cohort phases, ensuring timely communication and a seamless participant experience.
Qualifications
- 2025 / 2026 Pass outs with bachelor's degree (BBA / BTech)
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in handling enrollment workflows and participant engagement.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ability to organize and execute on-ground promotional and outreach activities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
