Through an integrated ecosystem of the User App, Merchant App, and the IGPS cross-border payment network, the platform enables users, merchants, and institutions to transact seamlessly across fiat and crypto.

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Intern to support our growth in the cross-border payments segment. You'll work closely with the sales and partnerships team to identify new leads, research potential business clients, and help expand our global payments network.

This role is well-suited for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with businesses.

What You'll Work On

• Research and identify global business leads across cross-border payments, international merchants, and export-driven companies
• Support outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and calls targeting international clients
• Build and maintain lead databases and CRM pipelines
• Assist in client onboarding, demos, and partnership discussions
• Conduct market research on international corridors, payment trends, and competitor offerings
• Coordinate with internal teams for deal progression and follow-ups
• Contribute to lead generation strategies and global expansion initiatives

Required

• MBA (Finance specialisation) - final year or recently graduated
• Strong interest in global payments, fintech, and cross-border business
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of financial concepts
• Confident in engaging with international clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus
