Bajrang Art Studio has successfully delivered signage and branding solutions for major exhibitions and works closely with organisers, agencies, and exhibitors to create impactful event environments.

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our sales and outreach activities for exhibition stall fabrication and branding services. This is a hybrid internship based in Delhi NCR, with a duration of 3 months, which may be extended based on performance.

The intern will be responsible for identifying potential exhibitors, making outbound calls, introducing the company's services, and generating business leads. The role will also involve coordinating with the internal team for client requirements and maintaining records of inquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and exhibitors
  • Introduce the company's stall fabrication and exhibition branding services
  • Generate and qualify business leads
  • Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and sharing initial information with prospects
  • Support the business development team with market research and lead generation

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing), or related field
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and assess data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients and team members.
  • Experience or interest in lead generation and market research.
  • Proficiency in customer service for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Commitment to learning and contributing to a creative and collaborative work culture.

Working Details

  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Duration: 3 months (may be extended based on performance)
  • Working Days: Monday Saturday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
  • Location: Delhi NCR
  • Stipend: 7,000 10,000 per month + performance-based incentives
