The Role: Business Development at At Buzz
As a Business Development Intern, you will be the engine behind the growth of At Buzz. You will bridge the gap between our creative solutions and the brands that need them most.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
1. Market Research & Strategic Lead Gen:
- Identify Ideal Clients: Research and profile high-growth D2C brands, B2B tech startups, and established FMCG companies that need At Buzz's creative and digital expertise.
- Active Outreach: Execute cold and warm outreach (calling and LinkedIn) to generate fresh leads and book pitch meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Learn to manage a professional sales funnel and maintain a clean sales tracker.
2. Sales & Target Achievement:
- Target Driven: Work toward achieving monthly project acquisition goals to qualify for additional commissions.
- Closing Support: Assist in drafting tailored project briefs, proposals, and quotations.
- On-site Engagement: Participate in client visits and meetings to understand pain points and support lead closures.
3. Agency Collaboration:
- Strategy Input: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to help inform our overall business strategy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure a smooth hand-off from sales to the operations team for seamless project execution.
Who We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate or final-year student with a passion for sales and the marketing agency world.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Internship Details & Schedule:
- Duration: 6 Months
- Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
