Role Snapshot:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns who will work closely with our sales and customer experience team.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in B2C sales, customer engagement, and revenue generation in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll Champion:
- Engage with users via calls, chats, and follow-ups to drive conversions
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant services (pujas, chadhava, products, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with users and ensure a seamless experience
- Drive repeat purchases through proactive follow-ups and personalized engagement
- Handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and clarity
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
- Identify high-intent users and convert them into paying customers
- Work towards daily/weekly sales and performance targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Who Can Apply
- Students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, or similar fields preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Prior internship or experience in sales/telesales is a plus (not mandatory)
