We are looking for graduates and postgraduates from IITs and IIMs who are passionate about data-driven decision making, investments, and large-scale real estate development.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, investments, and business development, and involves evaluating high-value land opportunities across the NCR region. The selected candidate will work closely with leadership to identify, analyze, and execute strategic land acquisitions that shape the future urban landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping
- Conduct deep market research across micro-markets in NCR to identify emerging development opportunities.
- Analyze demand-supply dynamics, pricing trends, infrastructure developments, and regulatory changes.
- Build data-driven insights to support strategic land acquisition decisions.
Investment Analysis & Land Valuation
- Evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities using financial and strategic frameworks.
- Perform land valuation and scenario analysis based on development potential, market absorption, and risk factors.
- Assess deal structures including joint development agreements (JDAs), outright purchases, and partnerships.
Financial Modeling & Feasibility
- Develop detailed financial models and project feasibility analyses for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare project P&L statements, IRR analysis, and investment return scenarios.
- Evaluate project viability under multiple assumptions including sales velocity, pricing, and construction costs.
Strategic Business Development
- Support the leadership team in origination and execution of land deals.
- Prepare investment notes, presentations, and decision memos for senior management.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and design teams to move deals from evaluation to execution.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate from IITs or IIMs (Engineering, Management, Economics, or related analytical disciplines).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Interest in real estate investments, urban development, and infrastructure growth.
