Xtract.io is an AI-native data extraction and intelligence platform serving global clients across financial services, Real Estate, and information management. We are on a deliberate path toward a $100M valuation milestone and are building the leadership team to get there. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance.
We build products that replace human-intensive document workflows with intelligent, scalable automation. Our customers include marquee names — and we intend to add many more.
Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on commercial leader who can own revenue growth end-to-end — from market positioning and demand generation to closing enterprise deals and building a partner ecosystem. You will be the first senior hire to formally unify BD, partnerships, and marketing under one owner, which means you will have real authority and real accountability.
You will work directly with the CEO and product leadership to shape how Xtract.io goes to market as an AI-native platform — and you will be expected to understand what that means technically, not just use it as a talking point.
What You Will Own
- Pipeline generation and enterprise sales — from outreach to contract, with a bias for self-sourcing early in the role
- Go-to-market strategy for Xtract.io's AI platform including positioning, ICP definition, and pricing narrative
- Partner and channel ecosystem — SI partners, technology alliances, and reseller/referral networks
- Marketing — content, digital presence, thought leadership, events, and demand generation (with a lean team)
- Account expansion in key accounts including Fitch, NTM, DHL, and iBridge
- BD reporting cadence to the CEO including pipeline health, conversion metrics, and partner performance
What We Are Looking For
- 12–18 years in B2B SaaS sales, BD, or GTM roles — ideally with a data, AI, or document-intelligence product
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (not just hunting, but full-cycle)
- Genuine understanding of the AI landscape — LLMs, intelligent document processing, workflow automation — enough to earn credibility with technical buyers and product teams alike
- Experience structuring and managing technology or SI partnerships from scratch
- Ability to build and lead a small marketing function — content strategy, brand narrative, digital presence
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Strong written and verbal communication — you will represent Xtract.io externally at senior levels
Bonus If You Have
- Sold into financial services, logistics, or information-intensive verticals
- Built or scaled a partner program from zero in an Indian or APAC context
- Experience with GCC/Middle East markets — we have active opportunities in the region
- Prior exposure to platform or marketplace business models
