Job Description

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS commercial leadership, in e-commerce, payments, accounting, or integration domains
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS platforms from launch to market leadership
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success best practices, including self-service and enterprise sales models
  • Experience managing both direct sales and partner/channel sales globally
  • Knowledge of payments ecosystem, including payment gateway providers and financial compliance requirements in SaaS go-to-market contexts
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data-driven decision-making and competitive analysis
  • Ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance commercial teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; Nordic languages a plus
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), accounting systems (e-conomic, Fortnox, Xero), and payment gateway solutions (Stripe, Adyen, Nets, Klarna)
