We're hiring Business Development & Growth Analyst Interns to own campus expansion, run data-backed pilots, and drive product-led growth. You'll combine hustle with analytics to turn clubs into power users and shape Momento's B2B SaaS playbook.

Your Impact

- Onboard 5+ clubs 50100 events/college 10K+ active users.

- Build a portfolio of growth experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimization, cohort analysis).

What You'll Do

1. Market Intelligence & Prospecting

- Map high-event clubs (cultural, tech, sports) using event calendars, Instagram reach & past turnout data.

- Build a prioritized pipeline with TAM, engagement scores & decision-maker contacts.

2.Data-Driven Pitching & Closing

- Run personalized demos showing ROI: Your last fest reached 3K students Momento can push it to 8K with auto-share.

- Close clubs to upload their first event within 48 hrs (conversion metric tracked).

3. Growth Analytics & Optimization

- Track funnel metrics: sign-ups uploads shares virality coefficient.

- Run A/B tests on onboarding flows, share prompts & engagement triggers.

- Deliver weekly dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker) on adoption, retention & expansion.

4. Campus Activation & Feedback Loops

- Host launch events, photo-booths & analytics workshops.

- Collect NPS + qualitative insights to feed product roadmap.

5. Strategic Reporting

- Present pipeline health, win rates & LTV projections to IIT founders weekly.
